now what?
Hi chimay,
There are plenty of pain killers out there, but I did not need them (still have most of them). As for the throat soreness, that was tough. For me, it was Magic Mouth Wash; I went through 5 or 6 bottles. Loved the stuff, but could not taste it. Now, I am starting to taste and I wonder how I ever used Magic Mouth Wash. Also, for the neck burn it was Silver Sulfadiazine for me (great stuff). It allowed me too sleep, but is messy for the tee shirt and pillow case.
For me, I was mostly tired. I love yard work, but did not have the stamina to do much. The laziness is wearing off now, yesterday, I was in the top of a tree cutting limbs (great fun).
I take plenty of rests and incase you don’t know, I carry my trusty water bottle everywhere I go. GO NOWHERE WITHOUT SOMETHING TO DRINK!!!
Good luck and heal forward,

I don't think there is a quick solution, unfortunately it takes as long as it takes.
As for painless, I'd continue doing whatever you have for the last few weeks if that's been working for you.

If you come across a quick and painless recovery fix, please bottle
it and pass it out to everyone on the board.
Congrats on finishing, now let the healing begin......
God bless
