It closes..
but after 2 1/2 years, it looks like an"inney" navel. Hope it was no problem in removal.0 -
Congrats on losing your tube....
It's a big, long awaited step for us, I can tell from all the excitment getting it removed generates!!
So...when this is all over, I'll have two belly buttons, huh? LOL....oh well, why not

Hi
I had mine removed a month or more ago and I've been thinking the same. It bled a couple of times but seems fine now. Just still weird looking. But grateful had it and it did its job. Eating so much better now. Hope you are as well. Congrats!!!

2 weeks after treatment and my doc simply pulled it out. Gave me a gauze pad and said hold this, the nurse will be in shortly. She basically put a band-aid on it and off I went. Yes you will have a mini naval or navel.
Someone please tell me how a 1/4" hole through your skin, abdominal wall, and stomach heals with no stiches necessary.
Mine never bled.0 -
CherriBlossom, My wife says
CherriBlossom, My wife says the same exact thing. Her's removed in Feb. On the bright side, at least it has been removed and hopefully normal eating habits and weight gain ahead. Good Luck and don't let it bother you too much, Homer & Connie0
