Wish I could tell you
Wish I could tell you something good. I have not had this scenario, thank God,but your sister is young and there lots of med to try. Several ladies here were stage IV agressive and are still fighting. All I know is that God put us here for a reason and a certain time frame and no one knows when that time is reached. We will be praying for your sister and you. Don't give up. The others will chime in shortly to help you two. Best, debrajo0 -
Your sister (and you) are not alone
Hi Kelly,
I am so sorry to hear your sister's condition and I know how scared/devastated you and your family feel at this moment.
I had a similar post (I need any Grade 3, Stage 4 Endometrial cancer survivors out there to support my sister) weeks ago because my younger sister was also diagnosed with uterine ca stage 4 grade 3 which has spread to her liver and both lungs. Lucky I've received lots of replies from other sisters and their stories do inspire and motivate my sister and my family to move on (She just had her 2nd Chemo done today). You can check out my post and may those stories also encourage your sister.0 -

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2008, had a hysterectomy and about 50 lymph nodes removed. In 2010 it spread to my bladder. Fortunately I was able to have surgery that did not leave me incontinent. In 2012 I found out it had spread to my ribs, lung, and the outside of my aorta. I've had two courses of external beam radiation, brachytherapy and implanted radiation. Now I am in the middle of six rounds of chemo. It's very scary. I try to stay positive. I'm 64 and in very good health except for the cancer, but I do sometimes feel overwhelmed by the fact that I am now being called an incurable, advanced cancer patient. I intend to fight to stay as well as I can as long as I can. Something new may be on the horizon that will prolong my life if I can stay positive and keep kicking!0
