I had them put a piece of gauze over the wound site before the mask. It helped some. Sometimes I used nothing, but I always felt that it rubbed on the mask. THe gauze should help a lot.0 -

Yup! Gauze helped a lot, scar does not bother me now with mask.
I just do not understand why dont they do this to begin with! We have this for the first time but they go thru hundreds of patients!0
