    no thanks
John, you can't even GIVE AWAY those grits !!! the fish on the other hand, looks yummy.

    Creamy Cheesy IK
The grits aren't bad at all IK, actually they are pretty creamy..nice and cheesy too.

Tonsil Dad, I'm usually a Corona guy, but the Land Shark was on sale at the corner market, two sixers for $9.99. But of course, I'm a huge Buffett fan also.

Those will last me a few weeks probably...not much of a drinker. But I do like an occasional beer or two when workin the grill, cookin up a mess of fish...an after the yard work.

    Best,
    John

    Love the trout
hopefully hubby will be able to find the cold water he fished in last summer, yummy. Don't know about the grits, never had them. Fish is the easiest 'meat' for me to eat.

    Beer
Hey John, since being dx I've not drank a beer (I do like to drink) when I get
my taste back I will have one ( or two ). I'm not big into fishing but me and the
Lads go out on the drift boat out of Ft Lauderdale once a month we catch Red Snapper,
Grouper, Trigger Fish and King Fish and we then go back to the local pub where the
Chef does us different platters.....grilled, fried, blackend, sauted all with fries and we
Have a good old time. I've not been since before Christmas so I'm looking forward
To it in the near future when I'm recovered. If I ever learn to upload photos, I have
Some of the fish we've caught.
Thanks for the tease with the fish-n-chips.....

    God bless
    Tonsil Dad,

    Dan.

WOW I GUESS WE ALL LIKE FOOD
Thanks for all the post, keeps us all drooling for our favorites. Still a few weeks away from a total diet change (likely) still eating. Saw Tims comment about GYRO, we have a MR GYRO's greek restaurant my wife kept trying to get me to try, well we did and WOW, luv the Chicken Gyro, with the white dipping sauce, think it starts with a "T" just love the stuff went back a few days ago with our son and grandbaby. Love lots of food but that has just been added to the list.

    TZATZIKI SAUCE
I love GYROS, and the TZATZIKI SAUCE, they have a Louis Pappas on the way home from work. I might have to stop and get a Gyro and piece of Baklava tomorrow.

Had Releno's cuz I knew they wouldn't be hot....plus all the egg on them is good for me...and an extra side of beans....yum! Farethee well....old Mexicana.....till we meet again.

    Phrannie,

You must stop this talk of Mexican food! Every time you post about it my stomach growls and yearns for some. And like you, a nice Chile Relleno is one way I rate the restaurant. That and the salsa. So are you done with Salsa like me now? I have no idea when I will be able to enjoy it again. My tongue has a bunch of deep lines on it so that is the problem. It should heal soon enough.
