I plan on eating well Friday night and Saturday.. Have to start the duculax, gatorade and Miralax diet Sunday at noon! 6am Monday, it is poke and prodding time at the hospital! . Oh, going bicycle riding on Saturday with my hubby! Can't wait!
Hope everyone has good weather and good times.
Joe, isn't the water still cold up there?. I'm still wearing my flannel jammies with 60 degree nights!
we hit 73 degrees here in NW Ohio today... only 55 tomorrow.
but, my best part... is i get to drive the car and my 20 year old and my 18 year old are the crazy ones... like i used to be, and they'll get in that 45-50 degree water.
we've had a very unusual winter and spring so far... so we have high hopes for continued warm weather.
My best to you on Monday LuckyGirl!
and enjoy the bike ride and time with your hubby!

I am still sick, but I took a plane to visit my parents in another state. I had planned the trip before I got sick. I didn't cancel the trip. It is better if I am sick here, because I have more relaatives here to help me. My parents freaked out when they heard my asthma; so now they are the caretakers for me. They are insisting that I sleep with the bedroom door open like I was 2 yrs old in case I have a coughing fit. Since I am sick and I can't do much, I am reading more of the darn book and now only have 200 pages to finish. That is what I will be doing along with eating lots of seafood, since my parents live on the coast.
By the way, the steroids did make me PSYCHO! I ended up leaving work early, because I thought I was going to lose control and they didn't even get rid of my cough.
Ktz
hope you're feeling

Hi pepe,
Packed up beach campsite and have headed to the mountains.
Google misty mountains, starting a solid 7 day detox program.
This about as back to nature as you can get.
Hope your weekend is great.
