D1..we have all been there in some form or another. As for the tornado anology at least you didn't say hey toto we aren't in Kansas anymore :0)
Blessings and best wishes as you start your treatment
Linda
True but I did send P51 a Wizard of OZ reference the other day, when she said she wanted to go Home, I told her to tap her Red Shoes (or hospital booties) together and say I want to Go Home... God Im glad you folks are here ( even though I hate the reason we are all here)0 -
I will be praying for you..ditto1 said:ToTo

Yeah, you DO know, but inside, there's a tiny part that says "Well - - maybe - - ". Sorry that tiny part wasn't right. Glad you're ready for the no-holds-barred approach. Keep getting ready - we know you have strength and determination on your side - not to mention loved ones, coaches and fans!0

WE have all punched and kicked some cancer butt, we just can't seem to kill it. Maybe you'll be successful in doing that.....I am 2 years post treatment and others here go way back to the mid-90's, so this is doable and with that tough attitude of yours, I'm sure you can !!! Now, get ready to fight like you've never fought before,,,stay positive..
all the best to you,

Staging
More than likely the staging will come after they perform more analysis and measuring...or they already know, just haven't officially told you.
BTW, going into this ordeal as you...most of us were in "Perfect Health"....other than having cancer, LOL...
Not making light, but it was one of my favorite things to say during treatment... You are welcome to borrow it anytime for work, family and friends.
Pull up those combat boots, and kick some cancer azz....
Best,

As the little green guy says, "don't try, do"
Yup felt the same way when I got done with surgery and the wife and doc were talking while I was in a stupor, she had those glistening eyes. I simply looked over at her and said, hey I didn't let that guy there kill me did I? (doc looked at me and grinned). Don't plan on fighting, you know you will, just plan on winning.
Stay Positive
