Any good recipes for "our kind"?

I am a little over a year out of finishing my treatments. All is well and my weight in life are returning to my new normal. It has been an uphill battle to gain my wieght and my strength back at the gym. however, I've gotten back. I now work out five days a week and have returned my healthy eating habits I had before this whole experience started. Tthat being said, eating can be challenging at times even though saliva has returned to about 85 percent. I love to eat and love food however it's more difficult since going through radiation. does anyone have any healthy recipes that are high-protein with good carbohydrates that I can consider to make eating easier. It's difficult to eat chicken and beef by itself without being in a decent recipe. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Her cookbook, The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen. She is my hero cancer chef. You can google her name and there are a few recipes on her site. I have seen her in person and every recipe that I have tasted has been good. I believe that there are some recipes on the Superthread (it comes up to the top of the posts weekly).

    You know
us abi-normals! Fish was easier to eat than meat (Skiffin should have told us that). Meat needs a sauce or gravey to go down easily. Ground beef works well for me.
