Post Surgery Chemotheray Treatments Completed

I just wanted to share with those of you who are beginning the 12 treatment, post-surgery chemotherapy regimen that while at onset the timeline looks never ending and those 6 moths seem so incredibly long, time does move on and for me the six months actually seemed to progress quicker than I thought they would.

Now I move on to a PET Scan next week, since surgery all PET's have showed NED, so I nervously pray that continues. I am then scheduled to have my ileostomy reversed the second week of May. Looking forward to returning to a more normal life. Keep your chin up and focus on the positive--- that really helped me through all of this. Take care.

    Great to Hear
Glad things went "swimmingly". Time flies even if one is not having a great time.
Attitude is so much of the battle. It never hurts to have a good one.
