Fishing for opinions

As some of you may know, I along with my wife hosted a "Paranormal" themed podcast regularly up until my diagnosis in February of 2011. We then went on hiatus while I was in treatment and ultimately, did a press release in early March that we were planning our final show. I feel so good that I am second guessing that decision since it provides an audience that I could use to spread the word about Esophageal Cancer. Oddly enough, Cancer related charities have always been our charity of choice to promote on the show. Who would have ever known. The press release is posted at http://www.spooktalkular.com where we announce that we're planning our final show. I'm really starting to second guess this decision. It's something that my amazing wife and I enjoyed doing and I could reach some people with the message. What do you think?

I think you should keep doing it as long as you enjoy it.
Jimbo,
I think your audience would be happy with your decision to continue, and I think doing positive things that make you feel good can only do positive things for your immune system. They say that people with positive attitudes do much better in treatment. I think you should continue as long as you find it rewarding.

You have such a great talent and enjoy it - so like Paul says - do it as long as you enjoy it - your audience sure would appreciate it.
Gonna check this out too and see what it is all about.
Happy Easter Jimand Mrs. Jim!

Why should you EVER Stop doing something you enjoy?
I can't think of a single good reason to stop doing something you enjoy - unless it's harmful to your health or illegal. The podcast fits neither of the two "you shouldn't 's"
I think you should start them back up and I'm sure your audience would LOVE it! I've got to check it out myself.
{hugs}
