I have lost my forever love - Brian
There were just too many complications from this dreaded disease. He survived 7 years from the initial diagnosis with the metastases appearing in June last year. Brian was truly and deeply loved by us all and touched the hearts of so many others.
I can't conceive of life without him.

I'm so sorry, and I know your pain.
It is so hard to read that Brian has passed. Bob left us on February 27, and I still have trouble believing he is gone. He also had so many complications following a recurrence. I pray you are surrounded by loving family and friends who will be there for you during this time and you will find comfort. It is truly a gift that you had the time to say all the things you wanted to say, and how precious the video he left must be to you. Linda0 -

...I lost my precious Bill three months ago today. I am so glad that you left nothing unsaid. My kids and I had that peace with Bill (when others did not)and it is an enormous source of comfort to me. I feel him with me each and every day, and I hope and pray you will feel this same presence. God bless you. Kim0 -

Thank you Loretta and William for your heartfelt response. Most of the information I have read about this awful disease was as a result of your comprehensive research and I want you to know how much it helped over the length of this journey. You are very special people0 -
My sympathies
I am so sorry that Brian lost the battle with this beast!
How wonderful of him to have made a video. I would think that one of the hardest parts of loss would be no longer hearing his voice. The video will let you always hear him say "I love you"
Treasure your memories of better days. Please know that we are thinking of you.

I'm very sorry and sad to
I'm very sorry and sad to hear that Brian has lost his war with EC. He sounds like an amazing man. How fortunate to have the time to talk and talk with him and know that nothing is left unsaid or unresolved. What a gift that is. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
