Thinking of everyone
I am doing pretty well overall. Even though I am IVb, I am still continuing treatment. I just started FOLFOX a week and a half ago and feel pretty good on it. Next treatment is this Friday and I plan to keep treatment going as long as I can easily tolerate it and it is effective.
Bless everyone and may you all find strength and comfort!

Thanks for poking your head in Jimbo!
Dude!
It is so good to hear from you! Glad you are doing well with treatment and hoping it continues that way for you!
Don is also doing well - he does have hives from something and we're not exactly sure what. The only thing that has changed is that he has completed treatment and his blood pressure starting going up so he started back on his med - but he's been on that since 1996 - so that would be weird, but what the heck - this whole deal is weird.
You are correct - we did gain some new people sadly, and even sadder we did lose some great family members. Good news is that you are still poking your head in and boy oh boy do we appreciate that!
Stay strong Jimbo!
Hugs,

Glad you are tolerating your
Glad you are tolerating your treatment well.
My brother is still ongoing with his chemo treatments.
One week it is the more stronger chemo and then the next it is the less stronger chemo.
He goes today for the stronger chemo which affects him pretty bad and then next week they will do the PET finally.
My 90 year old mother who lived with us decided to move in with my brother and his wife so she can be there for him.
She cooks whatever he feels he can eat and so far he has been able to eat and his last visit showed he gained 3 pounds.
I just worry now about mom because she needs looking after but right now her top priority is her son.
I do pray your treatments will continue to be effective for you and you will be able to tolerate them.
My brother has continued with these treatments because so far they have worked for him as far as keeping the cancer from spreading any further and shrinking the main tumor.
Although treatments have been intolerable many times but he is a fighter. He just does not quit.
Thanks for popping in so good to hear how you are doing!!0 -
Hey Jimbo
It's good to hear from you. I'm glad you're tolerating your treatments and looking forward. I don't visit this board as often as I used to but it's so wonderful to feel the love here.

Great to hear from you
Jimbo,
I am glad the treatments are tolerable. I hope the FOLFOX regimen continues to be effective in controlling things. I certainly admire your strength and positive attitude. You are in my prayers daily.
