Can't believe this man!!

I am just so touched by my husband's desire to stay alive! He keeps shocking the begeebers out of us all! Here is what I posted on fb today. It has been such a roller coaster ride this last month and every time he gets knocked down and I think he can't possibly take anymore, he lunges back! He is just so truly amazing and resiliant! He is moving forward, adjusting to each new normal!

"Another update from the home of the Gorodetzky's...LOL. Eric had a very rough patch after his transfusions a couple of friday's ago. He was met with new challenges including double vision, extreme exhaustion, respiratory depression, lathargy, and a loss of cognitive abilities. As the days turned into nearly a week, last Thursday seemed to be a bit of improvement with the ability to be awake a bit more and become mobile again with the aide of his wheelchair. He is truly an amazing ox! He is consuming some (very little) fluids daily and eating a bit though it is met with great difficulty. He continues to try his very best to take in what he can daily. I have never in my lifetime met a person so very in love with the very concept of "living" all the life you can. My hat goes off to him daily. Thank you all for your love and support!"

I want to also thank all of you here for all of your support and kind words. None of us can tell exactly how this will move going forward, but one constant has always been your encouragement and support! We both love you all so very much!
