Scan on Monday, prayers welcome

in Colorectal Cancer #1
If anyone out here could spare a moment or two to send a prayer, warm thought, or sparks our way, it would be greatly appreciated... Rick has been off chemo since early December, and I'm so very worried that it has spread in the meantime. The chemo break was necessary in order for him to have yet another HIPEC surgery this month. And yes, I'm a nervous wreck right now. :-(

    You are all so kind, thank you so much for the warm thoughts and prayers. On Wednesday, we will review the scan results with his oncologist at Dana Farber, and then head directly over to see his surgeon. I will bring you all with me in spirit to ease my anxiety. :-)

    I have also been on a chemo break since 1-13; my scan will be on Wednesday. I will absolutely be praying for Rick and you tomorrow and if you wouldn't mind, please send some prayers my way as well. :) I am fearful of the same thing; that it has spread or possibly grown. I am very nervous. Let's both believe together that everything will be alright and NED is in our very near futures. Please try to be calm and positive; we'll make it thru this. I'll be think of you both tomorrow. Please update when you get the results.
