Should I be concerned?

Both.
Did your doctor tell you to stop using the dilator or did you decide on your own? If you stop too soon, you can have scar tissue or adhesions which might then bleed if you use the dilator months later.0 -
Happened to me
I had the same thing happen to me. When i saw my dilator covered in blood I freaked out and
went straight to the doctor who did an exam and said everything was fine. He said bleeding is normal if you have scar tissue or if the lining is thin. He also told me that as look as the blood was pink not to worry but it it is bright red then come back in so he could check it again.0 -

Thank you both for your input. Yes, I stopped using it on my own. Bad mistake. Yes it was more pinky some bright red but it was like it was bleeding when I rubbed the outer area also. All of this is a small amount.
It was also painful during intercourse last week(first time in well over a month). I had some pinky discharge then for the first time. It was very painful and he noticed the change also.
Am calling the nurse today to she if I can get answers.
Hopefully all is good.0 -

Doctors office said to expect spotting when using the dilator for at least a month since I was bad and had stopped using it. I took my scolding well. My tests were good when I saw the gynocologist last month and will see me in 2 months for my next followup.
Thanks for your advice and input.0
