Sorry you feel you aren't given any answers here, perhaps staying within one thread would help. I answered one of your questions under'age when diagnosed'.I know you must be frustrated and then having to wait for results from the biopsy is hard. Try not to worry until you get those answers, easier said than done I know.
As far as the itching after the biopsy, it is normal, part of the healing process, but if it continues for a while, I would call doc. Surely he must have you coming in for a check up also, and then to get results? You deserve to have your fears calmed, so make a list of questions and take them along to doc next time.
Stay strong and be hopeful! I will answer you anytime.0 -

Thanks....my itching was actually before the biopsy. Now it's just sore and oozing kinda. Not really much fun when I sit. And now that I'm having my monthly, it's even more fun. :-(
Just not sure what to expect with the biopsy sight. The doctor wasn't worried about the results, so I'm trying not to be. I just don't want this place to get infected.
I think I need a nap. LOL
Thanks again for letting me whine!0 -

Have you ever considered using a sitz bath a few times a day? It is very soohting to the wound site and should help the itch too. What kind of oozing do you have? Maybe you should call doc about that. In any case you can call doc's nurse for any questions about taking care of biopsy site.
Interesting inspirational saying from Leo Buscaglia.."Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only robs today of it's joy"
Thomas Jefferson said also;"How much pain that have cost us, the evils which have never happened" in other words don't borrow trouble from tomorrow, it may never happen.
When you call nurse, ask her when will doc get results and will he call you or do you have to come in. Tell her that you are very nervous about results even though doc told you he didn't think it was something to worry about, any time you have a biopsy it is concerning. My first biopsy came back negative for cancer and doc insisted doing another punch biopsy because he was concerned and that one came back as cancer! Surgery revealed in was stage 3 already. It pays to be proactive with your health care.
I need a nap myself, I just got home from my last chemo treatment, I am exhausted as it is a 6 hour ordeal for me..I go back tomorrow for a Neulasta shot, then the bone pain will set in but only for about 4 days.
Take care, we all do care about you! ( Are you a Saints fan? I am a Cheesehead)0 -

It's clear oozing with some blood mixed in. The scab/top came off this afternoon and she said that this is normal because of where it is. She said if swells, hot to touch or I pus-looking i need to call. BUT, she said that's very very uncommon. I am taking the baths with baking soda 2x a day and everytime I go to the bathroom, I squirt water mixed with salt and baking soda on it to clean. Then pay dry. She said that was all good.
I've heard so Many people say they were given false tests results; but, they all said the dr didn't believe them when saw it and redid, so I'm hopeful that since she believes them. Ha.
I truly hope you start feeling better soon. How much more Til you are done?
And yes, DIE-HARD Saints fan. But I like the cheese-heads when they are playing anyone else. They sure had a good year.0 -

So glad you received clear results, and it sounds like you are doing all the things you need to help the healing process.
I had my last chemo this past Thursday, so I am in the recovery process right now. I usually have about 4-5 days that I feel yucky, then it gets better. I am so glad that it is over and I am hopeful that my scan will be clear, which will be in a couple months. Now I will just focus on getting better each day.
I wish you the best and just know you will be o.k.
