PET SCAN Approaching.....

in Head and Neck Cancer #1
Hi CSN Family, Well,it has been a while since I posted. Still trying to adjust to my new normal, but that seems to change daily! I have been NED for 1 year now, although in 10/11, I went in for a lung biopsy that had been on previous scans for the past 2 years, but now was glowing. Ughh! I went confident in my faith, that what ever had to be done was God's will. Besides, He is not finished with me yet! Make a long story short, after 45 minutes of flipping me around on the table, in the donut, they got me up. The doctor came out of his safety booth, scratching his head, looking very puzzled. He says "Although it was present 10 days ago on your scans, I cannot find anything to biopsy. It is gone! I smirked, and said "I know." (Thank you Jesus!)
I am asking for prayers for this Monday 2/28, for me and my very good friend from this forum, that we are both again, shown to be NED. We have scans the same day, although I will have my results within 2 hours of the scan.
I am grateful for all your prayers in the past, and have continued to pray for my CSN Family, and all the new members who appear each day. It saddens me to see how many are fighting this battle. I am one of the many who believe it can be won.

    Hey, that's my Mother's Birthday, also my Grandfather's (rest his soul), mine is the 24th, and my lovely daughter's the 6th....no bad news for you in February (or March Report)....Oh, and No Soup for you Today either, LOL....

    I'd let you borrow Kali and Jazz, but they don't do Cat Scans, and their PET scans are lacking because....shhhh (they don't know they are pets)....ooops, almost forgot, February is Jazzy and kali's birthday month also....all of the big dawgs come out and play in February.

    Best to you and my other Abi-Normal Clan buddies....

    Thanks for the smiles....across the miles. I know all will be well with all the wonderful peoples' birthdays ( and pets!) this month! Who let the dogs out - Woof! I got the gloves on, and will be ready to continue this battle. Thanks so much. Not looking forward to rush hour, white knuckles on the wheel driving the BQE & FDR Drive, but it keeps my mind off everything. In God I Trust! Love you guys too!

    I've been praying today, but
