Yesterday was my sister's 50th birthday. Next saturday we are having a tea/game party in memory/honor of her. The ticket in is a book to donate to the Friends of the Saratoga Library. We are also making a contribution to the library in her name. I just thought, if anyone wanted to participate in the donation part, just donate a book, or so, to your local library.
Margaret died in 2005 from BC. She is why I went in to mammography and why I started doing the Avon walk and the Race for the Cure. Aside from being my sister, she was one of my dearest friends. Funny how, almost 7 years since she died, she is still so much a part of my life....
