I forgot to tell you all that I got deported on Valentines Day. I was the first morning appointment. Just had a lazy day that day.

Congratulations! Such a wonderful feeling ---
free of that port or as I say a constant reminder that we have/had breast
    cancer.

Can you see that finish line up ahead?

So happy you are port free!

    Congratulations!
Being deported was one of the best things I ever did. I never learned to like mine though I was grateful for the easy access to my no veins problem during chemotherapy. Many a time, I wish that I still had my port and so did the phlebotomists, anesthesiologists, technicians who tried to access a vein. The moment passes as soon as they find the elusive vein.

So kudos to you and do hope you had a marvelous lazy day!

    Best,

    Doris

    Wheeeee! Feels good doesn't it?!
Those things are worth their weight in gold but they do start to get annoying when you're out of chemo. Thing is . . . now I have another one for my expander fills, and it's sitting on a rib bone right where by bra band would be if I was dumb enough to put it on. Using stretchy camisoles instead.

Glad for your news! A relly sweet treat for Valentines Day!
