My little farewell
If I was to be of support for anyone I would say.
You are about to really see your life differently. You will feel like a victim of something beyond your control. But. You will be on here 2 years later wondering why you are feeling back in control, confident, accepting of your defects and not feeling for your lump that was once there and the word cancer doesn't hold the same value as it did.
I love you all so very much for your fantastic knowledge. Your support. And your respect for survival. I need to get out there and push forward to a place where this really is a thing of the past.
I am bidding farewell to you all and to all the newly diagnosed. Cause they are arriving daily (damn hpv). There are no caertaintys in life. So just live it. Dry mouth and all.
My best love and thought to you all xxxxxxx Jen

WAY TO GO SISTER
I love your attitude, and as I just got past my 15 month mark as NED I so look forward to the 2 year mark.
You are an inspiration to me, and I bet to all of us "veterans" and to the newbies coming in.
Time to look after yourself, and focus all of your inner fortitude towards participaing in this wonderfull thing we call life.
BEST!!

Though it's getting harder to catch grouper, they keep restricting the season so much.
It's down to only Jul - Oct in State Waters this year...and they don't usually become active where I can get to them until late September when the water starts cooling off a little.
But, I'm sure we can get into something...

You go off and live life large girl! We will be here to say hi when you drop in. I have backed off somewhat due to a busy life myself, but I can't let go of the good e-firends I've made here on CSN. Hope to meet you and some of the others some day...maybe we can all join john for a fishing trip at some time...
All the best to you,,,
