how do i connect with the chat rooms?

i used to be on this site all the time, it's been along while and i have a question so i wanted to get into the chat room. thank you

    On the CSN homepage, you
    Once you are logged into the website,and look at the CSN homepage, you will see a blue middle section called Connect and Communicate. There is a subheading under the Discussion Board heading called Chatrooms. Click that and it will take you to the chat room. OR you could click chat which should be on the righthand side of the screen in the red box. Please be aware that there has been major malfunctions with the chat room and it goes down for days, so keep on trying if you can't get in.

    thank you so much for your reply. i still couldn't get it. but maybe you might know the answer to this question. i had a double mascectomy in may 2009, and reconstruction. my question is everytime i take a deep breath, my right side breast area hurts really bad. i wonder what it could be. do you have any idea?

    problems with chat
    There have been problems with chat for months. I've never been able to get in. I've reported it several times as have others. I haven't heard a word back as to what the problem might be or if there is an expected time for resolution. So, I gave up.
