2nd biopsy
Just wanted to give you a big, warm, hug. Waiting for test results, doctor responses, appointments, etc. is nerve wracking. I am 18 months past the last treatment (except for Herceptin), had PET scan last week, blood test today and am a nervous wreck, will see the oncologist Thursday.
Hope you hear soon, if not, call and email again and again until you hear from them.
All the best, many hugs.

Good luck!
I never had a second biopsy done, but I want to wish you good luck with your results. You'll be in my prayers too.
Waiting sucks. Period. anything related to this journey makes us super nervous and we always wonder and question everything. But I'm sending you positive thoughts your way. And praying your results come back neg.
Please try to think positive. And keep us posted, if you can. We care.0 -

2 years to the day for me~ had the news that my cancer had returned. Microcalcifications, in the same breast, different area. First time around (2006) I had a lumpectomy with radiation. My breast surgeon wanted to spare the breast. This second time I had to have a mastectomy~Unilateral, just that one breast was removed. That was in 2008. I have since been reconstructed (2009) and moving ahead in life. It was very devastating to get that news a second time.
It is hard to wait on the report from the doctor. Our minds fill with all sorts of "what if's".
I simply want to say that you are not alone in what you are feeling, and many here have battled cancer more than once. I am living well, exercising and feel fabulous! Keep pursuing your doctor for results~phone calls whatever it takes. Knock on his office if you must. You need answers.
Wishing you peace in the process sister~

Welcome to this board. I'm going to say no news is good news, and the holidays may have delayed things, but negative results would be better and this has been a lot of time to be on pins and needles. I remember I got my results within a few days. I hope you called your doctor's office today and got some information.
In the meantime, I'm sending hopes for a B9 biopsy report.

It seems
It seems that even when treatment is over we have to be vigilant. You are on the prayer list for a good outcome.0 -
