just got confirmation from last saturday morning cea test 17.
so fantastic i think.
so the 3jan12 cea 66 result was from a different lab douglas.
we redid the cea 7jan12 result is 17 from symbian lab.
so 3 days difference and i have a 49 points difference between labs.
is this normal ? maybe a difference of a few points, but of this magnitude.
only used douglas twice 3/6/10 cea = 75 when i was first diagnosed, tumour t4n1m0
then 3/1/12 cea = 66 this was retested internally.
the main lab symbian
21nov11 5.9
7dec11 7.4
3jan12 17
so the symbian results looks like a linear growth rate.
when i had the 66 result in the equation is was scared of the exponential rise.
maybe the spike is not a difference between labs but 4 days. it could be the result of dead tumour cells from the treatments like vit c and other goodies. this optomistic but i like it.
i need to protect my peace of mind from these results.
not sure how, but i am trying to not give the scores to much power.
maintaining peace of mind is the ultimate victory, i don't want crc to take that away.
hugs,
pete
