Hello all my good friends feeling brave enough to face computer. (sometimes I hide on here and do not want to and sometimes I come home from work and am so exhausted I cannot face the typing) if that makes sense. I am here to wish you all had a great safe Christmas or whatever your faith and that you all have a safe entry into the New Year.
I suppose I am feeling good as I set myself a target if I wanted to enter a fund raising
event for asthma research I have entered for 4 years now. It's done on our 1 and only Freeway that's right laugh it up hehe poor old Western Australia has only one freeway.
So the challenge was 10 kms every day for a week and I would allow myself to do the 60 KM ride. I did it . Got to say last Christmas I got 2 knee replacements and was told I would not ride the bike again I did the 60 km in March much to the genuine pleasure of my orthopaedic but I am feeling it so much more this time I think its the loss of muscle.I am feeling better because my pig headedness is working for me again.
PS Bali is still a go first 2 weeks in April all welcome for whitewater rafting, mountain biking, scuba diving, sailing, eating etc. etc. yahoo
