Christopher Hitchens dies from EC

Just heard that Christopher Hitchens has passed from pneumonia due to esophageal cancer. He was a real brain trust. I did not agree with his atheism but I admired his grace and fortitude fighting this disease. I just read a really great quote when asked about not believing in God in spite of facing death from this cancer, he firmly stated that he still did not believe, "but I love surprises." I love that and I hope yesterday when he passed he got a wonderful surprise. Godspeed Christopher you never gave up or watered down your opinions and your honesty expressing them.Ginny_B said:Leaned about him in my
