Today’s mail brought me a quietly beautiful “Angel of Friendship” ornament from roseann4. It’s a hand-carved angel cradling a puppy, from artist Susan Lordi –- hope you can see it clearly, to the left, or check out my expressions page for a larger image.

I was so excited and touched to receive it -- it was just what I needed today. Thank you so much, Roseann, for such a lovely, gentle reminder of the friendship and comfort that happens along this journey that we all walk together, and for a very special addition to my tree this year.

    Very Lovely~
    those are so beautiful~ I do not have any ornaments of these, but have been blessed with a few of the carved "figurines" that are in my bedroom window. They greet me every morning!

    So happy you like it!
    Even though it has been almost 3 years since my diagnosis, I come here daily to check in on my friends/sisters. That ornament spoke to me and I hope you feel my love every year when you put it on your tree. We are angels of friendship for each other.
