Stacey, just messaged me on Facebook, and I was waiting for her to send me the email. I just sent the following, right now.

"Hi there, 

Not sure if you would remember me, I'm sweetblood22, from the CSN  HNC Board.  I am hoping you are doing ok.  I know the last time you checked in with us, you were facing another battle.  I just wanted you to know, that you are thought of often, and we all hope that you are doing ok.   We also miss your wit and wisdom on the boards.   If you have time to send an update, we'd sure appreciate knowing how you're doing.

Dawn, thanks for trying to reach out. I did not know Jim very well, but he was always there for me with a good thought when I need one.

Keeping a good thought for Jim and any others who have dropped off the radar screen.

On a flip note, we all know there are others who have moved on and only post once every 4-6 mos. so maybe that is what he is doing, just needing a break.

Normally, I don't think we would all be this worried, but the last time he posted, he said he was facing mets to lung, or brain? I cannot remember exactly.

Hoping to Hear Soon
It was Lung, but not H&N mets. was in two nodes in chest, too - prognosis was better than if it had been mets from earlier cancer. He said it was HPV+, but lung was 18 and H&N was 16 - completely different strains.
