Three Years Ago

Wow it's been three years since going in for my colonoscopy and them telling me they found something. Actually it was the 26th, but it was the day before Thanksgiving and remember going through Thanksgiving day so scared for the biopsy results. Well I'm very thankful for many things, including this board and the friends I've made on here. It's something the dates you never want to remember those are the ones that seemed to be etched in your mind forever.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Kim

Echoes of Rememberances....
I know what you mean, Kim.
One year ago, I had finished rad tx #27 and was so sick for the holidays that I wanted to go to bed that evening and "never wake up" again - if you know what I mean.
Always hard to believe, but time does put some separation between those events then and where we find ourselves today.
Always "thankful" to have you here.
I've been reading back through and I did write your story in about the "magic pill" to make painful memories go away - knew I couldn't have missed that one.
Happy holidays to you.......
