For those not following the "Surgery Date Change" thread, this is just a reminder that Keith and Chad are having surgery tomorrow.

Best of luck to both of you! You, your families and your surgical team will be in my prayers!

    Thanks for the reminder Mary,

    We will be praying for successful surgeries and speedy recoveries for Kieth and Chad, and peace and support for Cora as she waits impatiently for the results.

    Thanks for the good wishes and we are down to the last few hours. Still packing- We leave for the hospital at 0400 and surgery starts at 07:30 CST. Will post updates. Will be thinking of you too Chad!

    Prayers and strength to Keith & Chad. Big day tomorrow! We will be anxiously awaiting updates.

    Cora - you're not far from our thoughts and prayers either. I've sat in "your chair". The doc told me that the surgery would take between 4 & 6 hours; anything earlier would be bad news. I recall telling the wonderful volunteer that provided hourly surgical updates that I did not want to see her until at least 4 hours had passed. She smiled at me four different times as she passed by but thankfully did not stop until 4 1/2 hours had passed. My heart almost stopped each time she made her hourly rounds....

    Bring something to distract you. You will need it. Strength to you as well!
