"Remission"

I take that word with a grain of salt. But, we are celebrating anyway and the first time in almost 3 years, I feel I can relax (somewhat).

No new growths shown on CT, CEA is a 2. Chemo has been reduced from once a week to every other week. Onc agrees that stopping all treatment would not be wise, as the two breaks Robert has had, another tumor has popped up.

So, we are taking this and putting cancer away for now.

Everyone should close their eyes now 'cause we're gonna do the

NAKED HAPPY DANCE!

    I'm Glad, Angela....
I know Robert has taken alot of chemo - I don't know how he does it. He's a very strong man the way I see it. I'm glad he's getting the extra week to help him. I know he's been grinding it out for some time.

Congrats to you both and please pass this along to Robert...I cheer for you both - you've earned some good news:)
