I also visit a naturopathic doctor and he has done wonders for me. I finished chemo last year (September 2010) and I was told exactly a year ago today that I was NED with a CA of 14. (I had over a 4,000 CA before my surgery).
I feel well and look good( according to my friends.)
I would not worry unduly about your rising CA markers, MaxRudy. Consider the fact that you feel well with more energy. You could mention to your naturopath how you feel about starting high dose Vit. C. What does your oncologist say?
Keep us posted, okay?0 -

the onc wants to do another pet scan 29 nov. (can't any earlier due to cataract surgery and plans for Tgiving). I pray i don't have to go back on chemo. I just couldn't tolerate it very well and i was hoping for a longer remission before having to go back on chemo to get my body in better shape. My CA 125 before surgery was 10700 and post surgery it has been in the 300 and 200 until the Aug measurement which was 35....of course it went right back up to 217 then 350.0
