Temps will dictate what we do.....
Wore jeans/sweater to work all week, about roasted....temps in 80's. Today, I'm smart, put on shorts/tank top cause it is warm this A.M. Temps started dropping a couple hours ago, already down to 64.....cold breeze, freezing tooshie off (anything below 70 is freezing to a Florida Girl). DH wants to go to Citra Festival tomorrow. Depends on how cold it's supposed to get.

Whenever it rains I always
Whenever it rains I always get the desire to cook something delicious that takes a lot of time and makes the whole house smell wonderful. It is raining here too--yes it rains in Southern California---so off to the store I'll go.
Tomorrow my 6-yr-olds are performing with their dance troupe during the college game's halftime show. I've seen them practice and the choreography for this age is a hoot---like trying to herd cats or eat spagetti with only a knife.
Thanks for the post Pepe~0 -

Lots
Well I'm supposed to be at my grandson's birthday right now, but the toilet has been calling my name and I sure don't want to be at a function and have to sprint to the bathroom and not make it. Sometimes this bathroom issues gets me down. Well tomorrow, if the bathroom allows, we are going to a wedding reception and it's at my daughters and close to home so if I need to come home it's close. Sunday we are going gambling (so I can donate to the casino).

Husband and I had big date
Husband and I had big date tonight. We went to the drive through at Taco Bell for dinner and ate in the parking lot in our car. Luckily I brought a beer to enhance the experience. We plan on taking our daughters to see Tower Heist on Sunday, inappropriate for them but enjoyable for us and since we're paying.... Lisa0 -
cocktail party Friday night, charity work, seminar, Mary poppins
Bought wife lovelly watch at school charity auction and danced all night at this cocktail party, I had just my green juice and herbal tea, no to all the fried finger foodd, had a couple of chicken satay sticks. My weekly treat. I got lots of compliments and answered lots of questions. Enjoyed one mocktaul, no alcohol till I hit 100.
Kicked off my shoes and was dancing with all the mums. Stunning, glamorous, sexy and health comes to mind. No other dads dancing. It was exceptional.
Helying out at all day health seminar Sunday and then Mary poopins with family.
Hugs,

Hugs my friend!
I know my weaknesses, I would have a glass, then a bottle and be shifty face.
I am too scared to go back to my old life, in my mind it would be like committing suicide.
I don't miss alcohol, I had more fun than all the other dads who were drinking, all those beautifully makeup and dressed mums and no husbands dancing with them, except me. Their marriages are there business, I am focussed on my marriage. It was just such a waste of talent. Now if that's what alcohol does, which was my experience last night I will skip it. It's also important to give my body all the help it can get. Life's uncertain and it could be a very lovely, long late night.
I feel very awkward dancing, possibly even humorous, but I persisted and my partially numbed feet had some feeling especially when I got my shoes off .
My liver is as pure as the virgin snow, it's going to be so healthy that any little Mets just get flushed out
In a way I have a bottle of red wine every morning when I have my resveratrol.
Hugs.

horse for courses kim,
we all just do want seems right for us,
i had a few lollies and a couple of chicken satays, that was my indulgence.
i still have 5 kilograms to loose.
no fat's allowed, not any more....
my naturopath said get lean and mean. well i am still trying.
excess body fat equals cancer friendly in my books.
its commonn knowledge its a risk factor for crc, a bit overweight get your odds up 20%.
i want to start getting all the plaque off my clogged arteries.
my understanding is that while fat exists in my abdo region, it may still be in my organs and arteries. apparently we can undo heart disease, and i crack fresh walnuts each day to that end.
being on my conference with all these other dads my age with recurrences scared the living crdskdkjp out of me. i don't feel dtrict, i feel slack for having the lollies and satays.
but i am over that and today is another day. have a good one yourself.
our healing journeys are all unique, i learn lots from those around me and pickup what i like.
checkout my post on yoga, its really helped my bm's. the colorectal surgeon at this seminar the other night mentioned that rectal cancer patients rarely get back to normal and can expect more pastey poos.
hugs,
