So I guess all I can say is that 1 year ago today at approximately this time I got THE call.

I am thankful to be done with surgery, chemo and rads. Happy that the bc seems to be in remission.

    This past year we've been through hell and back but we did it together. Funny how God puts special people in your life when you need them most. Happy cancerversary my friend...

    Your question made me curious so I googled remission. Here is what MedicineNet.com said:

    Remission: Disappearance of the signs and symptoms of cancer or other disease. When this happens, the disease is said to be "in remission." A remission can be temporary or permanent.

    I am really cautious to say cured or survived. I feel like I won this round but BC is very sneaky. Truly am "cautiously optimistic" :)
