Back Again
My dad died of NHL two months ago in our arms and my mom had a 3cm benign tumor removed less than a year ago.
My mom and dad where together 64 years, so she is lost. But all is ok, it is what it is !!!!
Still need to see Onc, but chemo may not enter the equation unless precautionary only.
I have a vast network of family and friends, so I am blessed.
Hope all are well!
Love Ya..>>Dave

So Sorry for the loss of your father. 64 years is a long time and I'll bet your mom has tons of good memories. I hope she will find peace with her husbands passing.
As for you, your attitude is great, and the gamma from my understanding just zaps them out. I am glad to hear that the rest of your body is good and hopefully the gamma will be the last procedure you need. I wish you well. Lori0 -

Wow, I remember her clearly! She always got in trouble with all her cancer knowledge!.
This is really sad though. I get PET Monday from eyes to groin to verify no other metatisis (they kind of screwed up the fitst one somehow), then another MRI in a couple months to get hopefully last tumor with Gamma Knife.
But I am gpoing tp Floridanext week and say F it! and enjoy !!!!!!
Take care!!0 -
Hello Dave
Welcome back. Sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I can understand your Mother being so grieved and am sure it is hard for you as well. Even though I have only been on this board for about 7-8 months, I do remember you. Sorry you are having to deal with new issues as well as everything else. When it rains it pours! Keep that positive attitude and have a great time in Florida! Praying for good results on your PET! Cheryl0
