Drug Change is the Norm with Progression
Hi Missgogo,
That is the norm when your cancer progresses, you try some other drug. One hopes that the next one will work for a while. Lab work doesn't tell a whole story, it's just a measurement. Blood pressure should be in range otherwise it would be time for a new drug also.
Not certain what you mean by "outside help".
There is no cure and the online offers of numerous cures don't really work. They are the modern equivelant of snake oil sellers. Diet? Some people believe in it, I am not one of them. If you eat a balance diet, that should take care of you.
BC is the oldest recorded cancer. Back in the our earliest history, there were no additive to food, no refine sugars and all that kind of stuff, women and I assume men still died of the disease.
Perhaps, by outside help, means a second opinion or going to a larger cancer center? I think that is a good thing to do at times.
Best,

Your labs are in the normal range which is very good. Second opinion is a good idea. It is alway useful to know what other oncologist can advice for your situation. Wishing this new Chemo is going to work.

I agree with New Flower .. 2nd opinion is a good idea. Hoping all goes well with your new chemo, and it kills the beast.
Strength, Courage and Hope.
