So sorry for your loss...
I never know what to say to someone at a time like this because "I'm sorry for your loss" sounds so pitiful. Please know that my heart breaks for you and your family as another warrior has lost the cancer battle.
I won't tell you it gets easier each day or any of the other usual responses, all I can tell you is cherish the good times and forget about any of the bad things. Always remember her as the beautiful, loving wife and mother she was.
You and your family are in my prayers,
Glenna0 -

I can only say I am so very sorry that your wife had to experience the wrath of this hideous beast. May she rest in peace. I pray that God's love will ease the pain in your heart. God help us all. Cheryl0 -

So very sorry for your loss. I know it is little comfort to you right now, but being in her loves arms with her children around was very heart warming.0 -

Its always sad to hear this news. This time I felt a lot more in common with u, so it cuts even deeper. Will be thinking of your famil in the days ahead.
I too felt a bit of a bond after reading your posts and listening to the radio broadcast. I thank you for the kind words but, you and your wife stay strong and dont let our defeat slow you down. Continue to carry on the fight!0 -
Sorry
Hi,
Just wanted to say how sorry for you with the loss of your wife. I lost my husband 18 months ago so I know how you feel. It's like 1/2 of you is gone. There are so many of us who have gone through it & understand how you're feeling. Just take one day at a time. It does get easier, but I still have some bad days. We were married for 46 years. He had gotten diagnosed in January & died in March. It was from a very rare side effect of one of the chemos. Hang in there & come here anytime for support. "Carole"0 -

I am so sorry.......
P-pop,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Take comfort in knowing that she is at peace now and no longer suffering. Hold on to the good times shared between you, your wife and children.

Sorry, as well, for your loss
But strangely, by reporting your wife's demise, you have contributed to this board, as has your wife. On these boards you generally find people who are surviving and do not hear so much about those we lose. It is important that we do so, so that all of us can realize, again, how valuable our moments are and how much more needs to be done to eradicate this disease.
I wish you and your family the best, hoping that you have only the fondest memories of your wife.
Take care,
Joe0
