Neurologist appointment

Appts
Go to your appts, u r number one.
Take a few deep breaths.
Often I find the technicians are wonderful, caring people. You can have your tests forwarded to another physician. Once my neurologist, (who was wonderful) explained to me it was nerve damage, I just felt so relieved. One leg has almost completely healed. I am 10 months out. However my groin pain on my left side has increased. So here I go around again. Answers = relief for me.
I am sorry to hear of your daughter and understand this is a difficult time for you.
There should be a course in human relations and common sense before you are accessed any kind of medical degree. Often you find the most intelligent people really lack people skills.
Don't punish yourself for others shortcomings.

Wow what a jerk, I wish we could have all been there with you, Carrol is right a lot of the drs don't have people skills, and I have come across a couple, but I'm one to come back at them if they upset me. I hope you will find a neurologist that you like, and not have to deal with him again. Please let us know. Lori0 -

I'm so sorry you had this terrible experience. The guy is such a jerk! If you do nothing else, go to the Vitals website (vitals dot com) and do a rating on this guy. By doing this, you may save someone from having the same bad experience that you had. I have rated all of my doctors on that website--good or bad. Luckily, all but one of mine have been very good.
I hope you find another doctor who has some compassion. Hugs.0 -

for the link to vitals dot com. I have wanted to somehow rate my oncologist, Dr Keith Stuart from Lahey Clinic in Burlington MA. He's the best, most compassionate doctor in the world. If anyone is from the New England area and is looking for a new oncologist, I highly, highly recommend Dr Stuart.0
