Mucositis ab pain?

Hi all,
New to site, quick question. Mouth sores are common on chemo and docs say sores are usually throughout gi tract. My mouth sores are a problem and they are lowering doses but im now having acute lower left abdominal pain that happened as mouth sores rocking. No fevers and moving bowels fine. I think its ulcer. Anyone experince similar, intense pain in abs that was due to ulcers/mucositis? Im seeing doc tomorrow but a bit anxious. Thanks, jamie
