Oatmeal?
Ok, I will recommend this to Connie. She loves crab legs right now and we have been to Red Lobster several times lately. She ate a lb. of them today and dipping them in butter has got to be good for gaining weight. I love to see her eat, it is a blessing. I know soon she will be saying "bye bye" to the tube. We also go to the Golden Corral so she can try a little bit of everything on the buffet, we have been to the Olive Garden and also Chili's but she can't handle anything spicy yet but "Life is Good". Sorry to get off the subject but it has been so nice to start going to restaurants again. Your Friends, Homer & Connie0 -

Whatever you do keep working the Jaw and don’t let it get stiff, if you need you might look into getting a Therabite or a Dynasplint to help you get some more opening in the jaw.
Hope it works

I would give the therabite a try before cutting any muscles. If you are like me you have only less then 14mm of normal opening in the jaw and the therabite will help to restore some of that or at the lease give you up to 21mm. My problem is that I had radiation to the face twice for NPC and the muscles are really damage pretty badly so the maximum opening for me will more then likely never be more then 21mm.
If you don’t mind please keep us posted on what you do with your Jaw, as what you do might just help someone else who is going through the same problem.
Great hearing from you, take care
