Riding
the last organized ride of the year, the weather in Wisconsin is gorgeous. I can't wait to hear the leaves crunching under those hooves.

Scans today
I have CT scans this afternoon. I will head out in an hour or so. I am toying with the idea of going to the ballpark afterward and buying some tickets for the Phillies game tonight. Would make it a very long day, but it's win or go home tonight!0 -

The girls have a Father and
The girls have a Father and Daughter Daisys (young Girl Scouts) picnic tomorrow morning, then we are invited to a pig roast. Good fun.

Oh, how I would simply love to do that. :-) It's been 20+ years since I've ridden a horse (I used to do competitions), and it made me smile just thinking about it. Thanks for bringing back those fond memories....maybe someday I'll go riding again. :-)0 -

this is Canadian long weekend Thanksgiving...tomorrow saturday we will have twenty friends and family for dinner....turkey, squash, potatoes, brussel sprouts, pies....apple and pumpkin
my daughter will be home and hope to have a good time
my neighbour across the road died yesterday of throat cancer....it's strange how every cancer death just gobsmackes you....it will forever be Brian and Thanksgiving and his death...sorry........
beautiful warm weather...sometimes I have seen snow this weekend.

Hi: Yup, it is a long weekend here in Canada and we've a lot to be thankful for! The weather in southern Ontario is glorious - very warm and sunny and the trees starting to show their colours. That's what I'll be doing - eating turkey and looking at the colourful trees!

It is going to be a beautiful weekend. Husband had chemo on Tuesday and still hasn't returned from the "dark side". I was suppose to go to a football game last night but decided to join him in his misery. Just got up from sleeping ten hours. Hoping today will be better and we get some time at the lake. Lisa0 -
