CA-125 NORMAL

in Ovarian Cancer #1
When I began my chemo my number was 106. Pet scan showed 2 lymph nodes possibly cancerous. Today the number was 14!! I have one more treatment in 3 weeks. He said I will have a pet scan after I see him in 3 weeks following the treatment! SO EXCITED AND HAPPY AND THANKFUL!! Hoping and praying for the same as all of you. As I told my Aunt, I'm not naive. I know things change, but I'M GONNA ENJOY IT WHILE I CAN. He said he would keep me on Avistan for at least 2 yrs. Every 2 weeks.

    same plan here
    I am on the same plan as you are. My numbers started off at 2000 now with one chemo of taxol/carbo with Avistan my numbers are down to 5. They are also keeping me on Avistan for two years after to see if it can keep me in remission. I am so glad to see your numbers drop and will pray that you stay in remission. Mine will be every 21 days good luck.
