thank you for your support.

Thank you for your compliments. Yes we have an hour of meeting in person. You are the one who always inspire us, being our Dalai Lama.
Ines is our Rocky for sure, she has started this training gradually while on Chemo, going very slowly. She goes to GYM 4 times a week and twice for stairs. I walk 2 miles every day.

That is great I have noticed a change in my energy level and have started working with a personal trainer. I want to get strong and increase my metabolism. I lost alot of muscle mass being in bed and losing weight the way I did. I have gained back weight and want to take it off. Tamoxifen is no hlep. so you ladies inspire me as i take my baby steps. and once again it is one day at a time.0 -
INSPIRATION FOR PERSPIRATION
I too have had the honor to meet these two women in person and I can totally see them doing those stairs with all the determination it takes to be survivors. I love you two and am super glad you were able to do this, my only regret is that I was not there to do it with you (okay I know I could not do what you did but I could try!!!) Hugs to you both, now excuse me while I run up and down my stairs here at home...hopefully I will not wake my husband up with all the noise I plan to make!

Okay, so y'all know what a big cheerleader I am about the many benefits of regular walking and exercise -- but I draw the line at 122 stairs!! And 122 stairs x 8 times = 976 stairs -- holy cow!
Next time, let me know, and I'll bring a beach chair and umbrella and sit at the bottom of the stairs, eating M&Ms and cheering you both on: "Woo-hoo, way to go! Work it, girls, work it!"
(Which is exactly what I've always threatened to do at MyTurnNow's 8-days-a-week Jazzercise classes, too. :-)

Buns of Steel!
It was a terrific workout and I was so glad that New Flower( Olga) was able to join me. I went online and found out that it's actually 208 steps! Eat your HEART out Arnold Schwarzenegger! Let's do it again, Olga!

Yes we will do it again. Sorry girls it was spontaneous . Next time everybody is invited in sneakers with beach chairs to hug, watch and coach each other, celebrating life and remember dear sisters who are watching after us.
Ladies, make your first baby step, it is fun!

I've got three steps to my front door...3x3=9......yeah, I'll get to what these two warriors accomplished in an afternoon sometime in 2012.....
Proud of you both and envy your energy!
Keep up the good work,
Hugs, Nancy0
