depends
some people notice being off meds for 1 day... others go longer
for the first few days off cytomel (round 1) i didn't notice much... by the 8th or 9th day I was defiantly feeling them but i didn't have problems driving.
i hear some people feel just fine all the way through it it also depends how much thyroid tissue you have left as well as how much thyroid hormone you have left in your body still.
hopefully you do not have many but only time will tell0 -

Off Synthroid for 30 days tomorrow
I felt it after the first week, but am really dragging now. Hopefully my test scan will be next week as this is not fun. I do think that everyone has a different reactions and time frames as to coming off the medicines. I would just take it a day at a time and look up symptoms of hypothyroidism. It will give you a range of POSSIBLE side effects. That helps me so that I can assure myself that what I am feeling is part of the process and not something that should be sending me to the ER. Take care~Cheryl0 -

Thank you - that is what I am trying to do. I have looked up the symptoms but as I said, so far so good. I will continue to "try" to take it one day at a time, will be glad when this is over. Good luck to you too.0
