Finished rads...for the second time...now plan B....
Now it's wait and see....but I plan on making the best of the next 8 weeks....I would have cartwheeled out of the cancer center yesterday after my last rad treatment, but I was afraid I'd break my neck....haha
Thank you, wonderful ladies, for your support with this second go round of the beast....I still have a long way to go...
Love and hugs to all,
Nancy

great news Nancy!camul said:Glad you are done!
Now keep in mind the radiation keeps working for another 2 - 3 weeks, so hopefully it will shrink it right out of there!
Will keep the prayers up.

I have just five more radiation treatments to go! Also getting quite red.
I'm wondering if my onc is also going to keep me on Xeloda for awhile....I see him Sept 27.

Nancy, I'm so glad that you
Nancy, I'm so glad that you are finished with the rads. Hopefully, as the days go by you get some of your "old" energy back. I am also hoping the Xeloda does the trick and not only keeps the beast at bay but gets rid of it once and for all!! Take care of yourself.
Love and (((hugs))),

you're doing it--and you're doing it with grace, dignity and courage. I hope your coming weeks go well and that you regain some of your strength and are able to rest up a bit. Your body's been through a lot, so try to take it a step at a time and you will get there. We're all pulling for you.

Glad this is behind you and the nodes shrunk. It is party time without cartwheels.
Here's to you, Nancy.
