1st Pet scan since treatment started

in Colorectal Cancer #1
I had my first pet scan today after 4 treatments should have the results back in the next couple of days. Even though the doctor says my blood levels were good and he thinks the spots on my liver are better I am still worried. I wish they could just read them right then and tell you something waiting is the worst part. Doctor said that the chemo has already killed half of my cancer cells which is good news I just found that out today. Thanks to everyone for all the advice and the prayers they help.

    Thinking of you with positive thoughts for good results. Next week I have my scan and also trying to think positive thoughts.

    I got the results of my scan
    I got the results of my scan yesterday. The doctor said the mets on my liver are improving dramatically since the last scan. Thank you for the positive thoughts and I will be thinking the same for you next week.
