I would like to hear from anyone who has had metatastic breast cancer spread to the scalp. I am undergoing treatment now and find it difficult to find anyone else to talk with about this. irish5

In reading your post, I'm not to sure what you mean by scalp? Are you talking about a Melanoma on your head? Sorry, just needed clarification.
HUgs,
Sylvia
She has a double post. I replied to her inquiry on the other one. Scalp mets is from breast cancer that has spread to the scalp. Breast cancer can spread to any area in your body, in place one never heard of at all. I had some spread to the celiac nodes. I had heard of celiac disease but never celiac nodes. It took me a while to find out where exactly those nodes were located. Even the nurse who had read the report had no clue.
