Don't worry there is a good chance your bones do not have cancer. I too am on ameridex.
I went through the exact same thing. I had a bone scan and my bones were just fine. You will feel much better after you get the results of your bone scan. It is important to take your calcium pills when you are taking ameridex, this will help remove some of the pain.
Prayers and positive thoughts,

Praying your bone scan willKathyLQ said:It may be a pinched nerve
prv, I'm not sure of your age. Recently I did a lot of bending/lifting and got a sore lower back, which migrated to hip pain. It's been 4 weeks for me too. I moved my 6 month visit with my oncologist up to ask him. He's pretty confident it's a pinched nerve and advised me to take Ibuprofen.
Let us know how it turns out.
Praying your bone scan will be clear.
