I got email from him last night. It's a partial removal, and everything went well. He said it's very painful. Now I am waiting for him to tell me when I can go to see him, and the most important, the pathology report.

    Hi Barbarbei,

    I am glad you heard back from your boyfriend. Recovery will take a few weeks, and getting back to "normal" whatever that is takes some time beyond. However, each day he will get stronger.

    The pathology report takes a few weeks. There was some uncertainty in my pathology report, so I had my slides sent for another reading at a different lab, and have no dought now regarding what I had.

    I wish your boyfriend a quick recovery, and hope you get to see hom soon.
