None in his vital organs. Dr says he has 6 to 8 months and they will keep his pain at a minimum. We still believe in prayer, and will take each day as it comes. He said for us to do whatever he feels like. A hard thing to hear but treatment would not help him at this stage. Thanks for all your prayers and concern. Keep them coming. We need it now, more than ever.

So sorry
Reba --
As difficult as it is for us to read the news about Don, I can't even imagine how hard it must have been for you and Don to hear it. You'll both be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope Don has many days when he is feeling well enough to do the things he enjoys. Make the most of every minute; make memories that will sustain you.

I am so sorry to read this bad news. We just got our share of bad news as well, so unfortunately I DO know how you are feeling, and I just can't put it into words how sad I feel for you. I hope you are able to enjoy many more months of love and laughs. My heart goes out to you Reba.jojoshort said:Oh my, Reba

Reba,
I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. There are just no words that seem adequate at a time like this. I pray that the two of you are able to enjoy what time is left and know that you will meet again in a better place with no suffering.

Reba,
We are ALL behind the two of you and we are all praying for a pain-free time on earth for Don too. I know how hard it is to hear news like this. I am in a similar position and we will trudge down this path together and hold each other up as best we can.
You are a strong and courageous person and I admire you. Remember, you are not alone.

Thanks Eric. It means so much to know that others understand how hard this is. We are just going to take each day and cherish it and make the most of it.0
