Appreciate the info in 1 quick place
Rose,
Thanks for bringing these dates to the top.
Niki,
Thank you for putting a quick calendar list together for us.
All yet to go through sugery - best wishes as you move into a new phase of EC care. To you all, I wish for successful surgeries and wonderfully clean pathology reports, speedy recovery, and for your caregivers - peace and calm for you while your spouse recovers.
To Jeff sharing the 09/08 date - Best wishes to you as we share our surgery date. Hope this shared event will bring us both luck.
For the 2 couples already through surgery - Anxious for updates. Hope all is well. You have been and continue to be in our prayers.

Thanks for putting the list together. Praying for all!

I’m praying and pulling for all of you that are recovering from or about to have your surgery. The first few days are the hardest but you will be surprised how fast you start to recover. Also as days turn into weeks there will be times when you feel that you have stopped moving forward with your recovery. It can be two steps forward and one back at times. The way you have to gauge the recovery is in terms of weeks not days. On the days when you say to yourself “I felt better yesterday or even the day before” you need to think back to the week before and reference your recovery from there and you'll see the improvement.

I have been wondering how surgery and recovery is handled by those going through it. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
I know it will be difficult to see the pain my husband goes through with the surgery, but out hopes are that it will be a good outcome.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as well, Joel. I realize you have been met with new challenges. Meet them head on.
Best to you also!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
Another push to the top as this is such a momentous week and what a calendar!!!
I am so excited and scared for ALL of you going through this serious surgery and my prayers are with each and every one of you, not just every day, but at night, and on the day of your scheduled surgery, there are thoughts and constant little prayers leaving my mouth for each of you..
It is a privilege to be a part of this group. I will never know the feeling of having had these surgeries and what it's like to come out on the other side of the junior class, but don't cry for me as I am celebrating with each of you as you become victors in a battle hat NO ONE should have ever had to fight in the first place.
My heart goes out to you all and I am so impressed with the courage of this group.
Thanks for letting me ramble and be a part of this, living vicariously THROUGH each of you as you walk and eat and WIN!
-With all of my heart and love for each and every one of you, caregivers and cancer survivors, on this site...

Your words have once again moved me to tears. It is your obvious zest for life that puts such power behind your posts. What I wouldn't give to drag you and the other IV's into surgery with us.
Thanks for keeping us all in your thoughts and prayers and now we do the same for you and all others traveling through EC with us.
Please tell Michelle that I believe she's got an incredible husband. I bet you won her heart with words, didn't you?
